Description
Effervescent suppository indicated for constipation and constipation problems.
Indicated in case of a delay in the regular rhythm of defecation, both occasional and recurrent. Zymerex Regola effervescent suppositories act by eliminating the accumulated feces not expelled from the rectum with normal defecation. Useful in the rehabilitation of the defecation mechanism.
How to use
Remove a Zymerex Regola suppository from the sealed package, insert it into the anal canal, pushing it until it is completely inserted. The suppository can be lubricated with Vaseline, seed or olive oil to facilitate insertion. The Zymerex Regola suppository immediately begins to dissolve and give rise to the evacuation urge, but it is important that the action is completed. Even if the liberating urge is felt quickly, it is advisable to resist it for a few minutes after the introduction of the suppository. It is advisable to move while waiting, rather than waiting sitting or lying down.
The recommended dose is 1-2 suppositories as needed.
Components
Sodium bicarbonate, potassium bitartrate, polyethylene glycols.
Warnings
The product is for rectal use. Do not swallow. Do not use continuously for periods longer than two weeks.
Use only on intact mucosa.
Do not use in children under 12 years of age.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity and incompatibility to any component of the product. A slight and temporary burning sensation may be felt upon application and is related to the characteristics of the suppository, necessary to ensure its effectiveness.
Prolonged use of the product, as with all topical products, may give rise to sensitization or local irritation. If this occurs, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Zymerex Regola can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
A sensation of incomplete emptying or a modest momentary burning sensation should not be a cause for concern, they resolve quickly.
Do not use the product if the package, when first opened, is damaged or not perfectly intact. Do not use the product after the expiration date indicated on the package.
Keep the product out of sight and reach of children.
There are no known side effects related to the use of the product. In particularly sensitive patients or in cases of previously inflamed mucosa, irritation of the rectal mucosa may occur. If discomfort occurs, consult your doctor. Report any side effects to your doctor or pharmacist.
Conservation
Store in a dry place, away from heat sources (recommended temperature between 10 and 30 °C). The expiry date, shown on the refers to the intact and correctly stored product.
Validity with intact packaging: 30 months.
