General information and delivery times
Farmacia Del Vomero will arrange for the products ordered to be delivered to buyers via couriers and/or shipping agents of its choice.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday ; holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are excluded.
The order will be processed and delivered to the couriers within 48 hours.
Once the courier has taken delivery of the order, the customer will receive an email with the tracking useful for tracking the shipment in real time.
The delivery of the products takes place within 48/72 working hours except for Sardinia, the smaller islands and the European locations where the delivery times are to be considered at least 96 hours.
Obligations and rights
Farmacia del Vomero undertakes to promptly communicate to the buyer any errors in stock or difficulties in finding products no longer on the market; in this case it undertakes to find a solution with the buyer or to return the entire sum received including shipping costs.
Upon delivery, the buyer is required to check that the packaging is in good condition, otherwise he is authorized to not accept it, furthermore and if equipped with a camera he can photograph it thus certifying the real condition of the packaging at the time of delivery. In the following hours he will be required to inform the Farmacia del Vomero (or via Whatsapp message +39 3332268836 or to the address ordini@farmaciadelvomero.it) which will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

- shipping costs for Italy for orders under €49 are €3.90 (InPost) ;
- shipping costs for Italy [*] for orders under €49 are €6.50 (GLS) ;
- shipping costs to Venice for orders under €180 are €11 ;
- the shipping cost for the geographical area called " Europe 1 " [**] is €11 ;
- the shipping cost for the geographical area called " Europe 2 " [***] is €18

- Italy for orders over €49 (InPost) ;
- Italy [*] for orders over €89 (GLS) ;
- Europe 1 [**] - Europe 2 [***] - Venice for orders over €180 .

Shipments of liquids or particularly heavy or bulky products
In the case of orders concerning liquid or particularly heavy or bulky products (mineral water, hydrogen peroxide, milk, saline solution, diapers, etc.) Farmacia Del Vomero reserves the right to call the user at the address indicated at the time of the order or to write to the email address indicated to notify any adjustments to shipping costs.
