Right of withdrawal
Information on exercising the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
Right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must communicate his will to the seller with a written message within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To this end, the buyer can use one of the following options:

Effects of withdrawal
If the buyer withdraws from this contract, all payments made to us (including delivery costs for the initial shipment) will be refunded.
The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer , who can decide to use the shipping method he prefers.
The refund will be made upon receipt of the goods by the seller, following integrity checks of the goods received.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
The buyer shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
The buyer is responsible for any decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The following categories of products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as established by Article 59 of the Consumer Code :
- Customized products
- Perishable goods
- Services already performed
- Digital products
- Products sealed for hygiene reasons
