How to use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules of 500 mg half an hour before meals in the morning, noon and evening for body weight up to 80 kg.
Take, preferably before main meals, 3 g of zeolite per day, corresponding to 6 capsules of 500 mg.
In case of high oxidative stress, the dose can be doubled.
In the first 2 weeks of taking it is recommended to start with the lowest dosage.
Zeolite can be taken with still water, but also with milk, yogurt, fruit juices and squeezed fruit.
