Rigataki are a product of our own creation inspired by the more famous Shirataki, a traditional Japanese dish made from the konjac root. The root contains only a precious dietary fiber: glucomannan. In Rigataki, other vegetable fibers are added to obtain a consistency and color similar to whole wheat pasta.
Glucomannan, consumed regularly, helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels, as part of a balanced diet and a healthy and active lifestyle. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 4 g of glucomannan.

Vegetable fibres (contains wheat fibre), konjac flour 22%, soy flour.

*Nutritional values refer to the product prepared according to the instructions below. 100 g of prepared rigataki are obtained with 30 g of dry Rigataki.
How to use
It is cooked like a normal durum wheat pasta. Pour the Rigataki into plenty of boiling water and cook for 13-15 minutes. You can leave them longer because they do not overcook. Sauté the drained Rigataki in a pan with the sauce to make them flavor better.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place.
