Description
Thermal yogurt maker to create yogurt that is always fresh, lively, good and dense with the right level of acidity and creaminess.
How to use
Pour 1 sachet of Yogurt Linea ferments or 1 sachet of Kefir Linea grains into the glass jar together with 1 litre of UHT long-life whole milk heated to 50° and mix with a spoon until all the lumps have dissolved.
Place the glass jar in the Thermica. At this point, the Thermica works by itself and after 8-10 hours for yogurt and 8-12 hours for kefir they will be ready.
Place the glass jar in the refrigerator for a few hours. Then enjoy.
