Description
Vitamin and mineral food supplement with taurine, arginine, glutamine and creatine.
Contains potassium which contributes to normal muscle function; magnesium, iron, vitamin C and folic acid which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, furthermore vitamin C and magnesium contribute to normal energy metabolism.
With sweetener.

Potassium citrate, magnesium citrate; acidifier: citric acid; creatine monohydrate, L-arginine, L-glutamine, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), taurine, concentrated peach juice, flavouring, iron [ferric pyrophosphate, dextrin, sodium chloride, water; emulsifiers: soy lecithin, polyglyceride esters of fatty acids]; acidity regulator: sodium hydrogen carbonate; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose; pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).

How to use
Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet (5.7 g of powder) in 200 ml of water and take once a day.

Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only. Do not use during pregnancy. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Conservation
