Description
Food supplement with melatonin and lemon balm essential oil. Melatonin regulates sleep, lemon balm has a relaxing and soothing effect.
Melatonin is a substance naturally produced by our body that helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime). Sublingual administration ensures faster absorption and greater bioavailability.
It can be useful in case of difficulty falling asleep. It also helps to overcome the disorders related to jet lag.
Citrus flavor. Sweetened with steviol glycosides extracted from stevia. Suitable for vegans.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; corn starch, melatonin, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) essential oil, lemon (Citrus limon (L.) Osbeck) essential oil; sweetener: steviol glycosides.
Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
Dissolve one tablet under the tongue, in the evening just before going to bed.
To reduce the time needed to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to sleep. For jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking at least 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Warnings
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied diet.
Conservation
Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry place away from light, localized heat sources and sunlight and avoid contact with water.
