Rhodiola and St. John's Wort promote normal mood. Passion Flower and St. John's Wort contribute to relaxation and mental well-being. The product is completed by magnesium, which contributes to the normal functions of the nervous system, and tryptophan, a precursor of serotonin.

How to use
