Food supplement based on calcium L-methylfolate (Metafolin) (5-MTHF), the active form of folic acid, i.e. folic acid that is readily bioavailable and usable by the body without undergoing further biotransformation processes. Folate contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the normal function of the immune system, to normal amino acid synthesis, to normal psychological function, to normal homocysteine metabolism, to normal haematopoiesis and intervenes in the process of cell division.Ingredients

How to use
Swallow 1 tablet per day, with water, preferably with a meal.
