Vicks First Defense is a micronized nasal spray that helps prevent colds. Thanks to its unique formula, it inactivates and removes the cold virus before it develops, thus protecting your body. Clinically tested and safe to use as a medical device.
How to use
Apply 2-3 times in each nostril immediately in the first 24-36 hours after the first cold symptoms, such as a scratchy throat or sneezing. Tilt the applicator outward, sideways toward the ear and avoid inhaling deeply. Use up to 4 times a day for as long as symptoms persist. You can start using it even if you are at risk of a cold: use for up to 4 days unless symptoms worsen and then continue using it for as long as symptoms persist.
Components
Aqua, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (1%), succinic acid (1%), disodium succinate (0.44%), PCA (0.35%), phenethyl alcohol, zinc EDTA, zinc acetate, polysorbate 80, menthol, camphor, sodium saccharin, eucalyptol.
Warnings
When using Prima Difesa, you may experience increased secretion or nasal discomfort. These are normal signs that indicate that the product is working and will not last long. On some occasions, a temporary headache and discomfort in the eyes, ears and neck may occur. These symptoms cease when the use of the product is stopped. Read the package leaflet before use. Keep out of reach of children. Use only as directed. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the excipients. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Store in an upright position.
