Description
Food supplement based on Valerian root, a plant useful for promoting relaxation and sleep in case of stress, and melatonin, a substance useful for reducing the time required to fall asleep; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L. roots) dry extract tit. 0.8% in valerenic acids; external coating (coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, talc and polydextrose, maltodextrin, medium chain triglycerides, colouring: titanium dioxide). Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; Melatonin.

How to use
Take 1 tablet daily, preferably half an hour before going to bed.
