How to use
Take 1-2 tablets daily, as needed, shortly before bedtime.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep the product out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to seek medical advice. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
