Description
Food supplement based on pure melatonin and valerian and hop extracts.
Valdispert BuonaNotte in Gocce promotes a physiological night's rest, to be able to sleep well and wake up rested. It helps to promote a healthy and restorative night's rest for both adults and children from the age of three.
Melatonin, a substance also produced by the body, supports the level present in the body and allows to maintain a good day-night rhythm. The natural and vegetal substances of valerian and hops taken before bedtime have a relaxing and calming effect.
Ingredients
Sorbitol, water, glycerol, hops glyceric extract ( Humulus lupulus L., flowers) (14.92%); colouring: plain caramel; valerian soft extract ( Valeriana officinalis L., root) (0.92%); preservative: potassium sorbate; acidifier: citric acid; flavourings; emulsifier: sucrose esters, melatonin (0.08%).
Gluten- free and lactose- free.

How to use
The drop formulation allows for easily adjustable dosing: the desired quantity of drops can be easily dosed with the special calibrated dropper. The two notches on the glass straw simplify counting the drops: the first corresponds to 0.5 ml equal to 10 drops, the second to 1 ml equal to 20 drops.
20 drops of Valdispert BuonaNotte in Gocce correspond to 1 mg of melatonin.
The recommended daily dose, not to be exceeded, is 20 drops corresponding to 1 mg of melatonin, to be taken in the evening half an hour before going to bed.
Administer the desired dose diluted in a little water or any other drink, or directly into the mouth.
Shake before use.

Do not use Valdispert BuonaNotte in Gocce in case of hypersensitivity to one or more components. Use is not recommended for pregnant women, for women who are planning a pregnancy and during breastfeeding. For use of the product in the first three years of age, seek the advice of a doctor. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The product contains polyalcohols: excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
Conservation
Store at controlled room temperature (15-25°C); avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and contact with water.
The expiry date refers to the product stored correctly, in intact packaging.
