Protein blend (microfiltered whey protein concentrate, microfiltered whey protein isolate, microfiltered hydrolyzed whey protein, ultrafiltration instant milk casein); sweeteners: sorbitol and sucralose; fructose, medium chain triglycerides (MCT), skimmed milk powder , polydextrose, maltodextrin, alkaline fat-reduced cocoa; thickeners: carboxymethylcellulose, carrageenan, xanthan gum; flavourings; emulsifiers: sunflower lecithin; whole sea salt, lemon fibre, riboflavin (vitamin B2), pyridoxine HCl (vitamin B6).
Contains traces of soy .

How to use
1. Place a 40 g dose of product (approximately 4 tablespoons) in a shaker.
2. Add 60 g of water, skimmed milk or soy milk.
3. Shake vigorously.
4. Pour into a container and leave to freeze in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
Warnings
Contains polyols: excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
