How to use
Dissolve in water or other liquid, 1 dose corresponds to 3 grams of powder per day.
The Italian Ministry of Health allows athletes to take 6 grams per day.
Warnings
In case of prolonged use (more than 6-8 weeks) a doctor's opinion is necessary.
The product is contraindicated in cases of kidney disease, during pregnancy and under 12 years of age.
It is recommended not to exceed the indicated doses.
