Description
Ganoderma lucidium contains over 100 different types of highly oxygenated lanostanoid triterpenes with a predominance of ganodermic acid AZ and lucidenic acid AM. Ganoderma lucidium is rich in other ingredients such as bioactive polysaccharides B-1-3, B-1-6 homo D-glucan, and amino acids such as serine, alanine, glycine and ergosterol.
How to use
the recommended dose is between 3 and 6 tablets per day. Alternatively, for the 250 g biomass powder package, the recommended use is 2 scoops per day (each scoop contains 2g). The tablets can be chewed or swallowed whole, preferably using warm water. Alternatively, the biomass powder can be mixed with meals.
