Powder of: amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica L.) fructus, haritaki (Terminalia chebula Retz.) fructus, vibhitaki (Terminalia bellerica Roxb.) fructus, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fructus, rose (Rosa centifolia L.) flos. Excipients: gum arabic.

How to use
1-2 tablets with warm water preferably before going to sleep in the evening.
