Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; L-cystine, millet fruit dry extract (Panicum miliaceum L.), L-methionine, ferrous gluconate, zinc gluconate, annurca false apple fruit (pomo) dry extract (Malus pumila Mill.), bamboo manna dry extract (Bambusa bambos (L.) Voss) tit. 75% in silica; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; selenium L-methionine, calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), copper gluconate, D-biotin.
Gluten free.

It is recommended to take 2 tablets per day.
