Description
ORGANIC GREEN TEA
Description
Its leaves, curled up and dried to be put on the market, are the product of the Camellia sinensis , a branchy and evergreen shrub that does not grow more than two meters tall. The leaf is harvested three times a year: the first in April, the second at the beginning of summer and the third towards the middle of autumn. The processing of green tea begins with the passage in ventilated ovens with a process of increasingly higher temperatures to avoid oxidation: in this way the leaves retain their color and can produce the infusion with the characteristic pale green color and slightly bitter taste. Excellent green tea of the Chinese tradition, obtained from organic cultivation.
