Ingredients
Calcium glycerophosphate (32.7%), soy ( Glycine max ) seeds titrated 40% in isoflavones (of which at least 62.5% in the form of genistin and genistein), dioscorea ( Dioscorea villosa ) rhizome dry extract titrated 10% in diosgenin, green tea ( Camellia sinensis ) leaves dry extract titrated 20% in theanine, griffonia ( Griffonia simplicifolia ) seeds dry extract titrated 20% in 5-hydroxytryptophan, valerian ( Valeriana officinalis ) root dry extract titrated 0.42% in valerenic acids, chaste tree ( Vitex agnus castus ) fruit dry extract titrated 0.6% in aucubin and 0.5% in agnoside; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, cholecalciferol. Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose.
