Magnesium oxide (magnesium), dry extract of valerian titrated 0.8% valerenic acids (Valeriana officinalis L., root); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; stabilizers: hydroxypropyl cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; dry extract of hops (Humulus lupulus L., flower); coating agents: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, polyethylene glycol, talc, rice starch, beetroot red, sulphite ammonium caramel, vegetable carbon; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; dry extract of liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L., root).
How to use
One or two tablets before going to sleep.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Consult your doctor to determine if this dietary supplement is right for you. High doses of magnesium may cause mild gastrointestinal discomfort in some people. In these cases it is recommended to either divide the dose throughout the day by halving the tablet, or reduce the number of tablets ingested. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless advised by your doctor. This product should not be used in combination with synthetic sedatives. It may cause drowsiness and impair the ability to drive or operate machinery. Consult your doctor if you are planning to use this product for more than two weeks.
