Food supplement based on magnesium, Griffonia, Boswellia and vitamins B2, B6 and D. Griffonia promotes normal mood, relaxation (sleep) and mental well-being.
Magnesium, vitamin B2 and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Boswellia contributes to joint function and to the contrast of localized states of tension. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function.

How to use
It is recommended to take two tablets a day to be swallowed with a large sip of water.
