Characteristics:
All of our MRL (Mycology Research Laboratories) mycological based formulations contain 100% organically grown live mushroom mycelium. The mushroom cultivation process technology is proprietary to Mycology Research Laboratories Ltd. The process ensures a uniform and extremely pure biomass powder that meets the standards of the California Organic Food Act (OFA). Contains lentinula edodes, rich in ingredients such as bioactive polysaccharides beta-glucan, lentinan, B-1-3, B-1-6 homo D-glucan, and amino acids such as serine, alanine, glycine and ergosterol.

How to use:
the recommended dose is between 3 and 6 tablets per day. Alternatively, for the 250 g biomass powder package, the recommended use is 2 scoops per day (each scoop contains 2g). The tablets can be chewed or swallowed whole, preferably using warm water. Alternatively, the biomass powder can be mixed with meals.
