Dosage and method of use
Drink a cup of herbal tea before going to bed, placing a tea bag in boiling water and leaving to infuse for 5-6 minutes.
Sweeten to taste.

Based on Melatonin and plant extracts, which contribute to achieving a state of relaxation. Does not contain gluten.
Warnings
