Food supplement based on melatonin, glycine and dry extracts of lemon balm, passionflower and chamomile, plants known for their beneficial effect on relaxation and mental well-being.
Melatonin, taken at a dose of 1 mg shortly before bedtime, helps reduce the time required to fall asleep.
Ingredients
Fructose, glycine, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves es tit. 12% in rosmarinic acid, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) flowering aerial parts es tit. 4% in total flavonoids, anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flower heads es; melatonin.
Gluten free.
Lactose free.

How to use
Take 1 tablet daily just before bedtime.
Dissolve the tablet in the mouth, without using water, to promote rapid absorption in the oral cavity.
