How to use
Essential oils can be used as natural flavourings for food (one drop to flavour 100 g/100 ml of food/drink). It is recommended not to use pure essential oils but to always dilute them appropriately. For internal use, they can be diluted in a sugar cube, a teaspoon of honey, or in a bottle of water to drink throughout the day (shake the bottle before drinking to evenly disperse the essential oil in the water). For external use, they can be diluted in an emollient oil (for example almond oil, extra virgin olive oil or other oils) and used to make hair compresses or to massage the skin. A few drops can be added to the bath, sauna or a saucepan of boiling water to make inhalations. In addition, essential oils can be used in vaporizers or aroma lamps to purify and perfume environments.
Warnings
In case of inappropriate ingestion, consult a doctor immediately. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children. Handle with caution, product is purely toxic if inhaled, swallowed or in contact with skin. Use only if properly diluted.
Conservation
Keep away from heat sources and store in a cool place.
