How to use
It is recommended to take one tablet per day, swallowed with a glass of water after one of the main meals.
Warnings
The product contains traces of soy, gluten and peanuts. It is not recommended to combine it with other products containing Selenium. Not suitable for people intolerant to brewer's yeast. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take during pregnancy. Supplements should not be taken as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Conservation
Store away from light and in a cool, dry place. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in an intact package.
