How to use
It is recommended to take 10 to 20 ml in the evening to facilitate sleep and/or 5 to 10 ml in the morning to promote daytime relaxation. From 1 year of age.
Shake the bottle thoroughly before use and use the appropriate dispenser.
The product can be dissolved in water or in liquids that the child likes such as yogurt, infusions or fruit juices.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
For the correct use of the product in the first years of the child's life, it is advisable to seek the advice of the pediatrician.

Conservation
