How to use
It is recommended to take 10 to 20 ml in the evening to facilitate sleep and 5 to 10 ml in the morning to promote relaxation. From one year of age.
Shake the bottle thoroughly before use and use the appropriate dispenser.
The product can be dissolved in water or in liquids that the child likes such as yogurt, infusions or fruit juices.
