Description
Food supplement of Californian Poppy, Passionflower and Valerian. It can promote sleep and night rest.
Ingredients
Californian Poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) herb dry extract titrated at least 0.2% in total alkaloids expressed as protopine, Lime (Tilia cordata M./Tilia platyphyllos S.) flower dry extract titrated at least 0.5% in total flavonoids such as vitexin, Hop (Humulus lupulus L.) flower dry extract titrated at least 0.4% in total flavonoids such as rutin, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) aerial parts dry extract titrated at least 4% in total flavonoids such as vitexin, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis Lsl) root dry extract titrated at least 0.42% in total sesquiterpenic acids such as valerenic acid, bulking agent: dibasic calcium phosphate; maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate. Outer shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2-3 capsules in the evening before going to bed, or during the day.
