Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora L.) aerial part dry extract titrated at 40% in baicalin, Californian poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) aerial part dry extract titrated at 0.35% in total alkaloids expressed as protopine; capsule constituent: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; Melatonin.

How to use
Take 1 capsule daily just before bedtime.
