How to use
Shoe insoles are removable. First, remove them.
Place the insoles inside your shoes to test the fit.
If necessary, cut along the line (at the top of the insole near the toes) that corresponds to the shoe size or use the original insoles as a guide.
Insert the insoles with the gel side facing down.
Replace insoles every six months or when they show signs of wear.
Warnings
Discontinue use if pain, discomfort or any adverse reaction occurs. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Adding or substituting components of certified footwear may affect certification.
