Description
Classic Italian shortcrust pastry dessert with 21% hazelnut and cocoa filling.
Prepared with raw materials free from gluten and wheat.
Ingredients
Hazelnut and cocoa cream 21% (sugar, sunflower oil, hazelnuts 14%, cocoa powder 10.5%, skimmed milk powder ), corn flour, rice flour, vegetable oils and fats in varying proportions (sunflower oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter), sugar, eggs , maltodextrin, buckwheat flour, modified potato starch, milk proteins; raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate; glucose-fructose syrup, egg white, natural flavours; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; salt.
May contain traces of soy and nuts .
Without preservatives.
Gluten free (<20 ppm).

Store at room temperature.
