PAN CEREAL MIX
Description
Organic bread mix with gluten-free cereals.
Specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.
Ingredients
Corn starch*, brown rice flour*, gluten-free oat flour* 9%, vegetable fibre (psyllium)*, sourdough (buckwheat, quinoa)* 3%, flax seeds* 3%, sunflower seeds* 3%, chia flour* 2%, chia seeds (Salvia hispanica)* 2%, salt, flaxseed flour* 1%; thickener: guar flour*.
May contain traces of soy .
Gluten free.
Lactose free.
Wheat free.

How to use
LOAF :
INGREDIENTS: 375 mL warm water, 8 g dry yeast.
PREPARATION: Place the contents of one pack of Schar BIO cereal bread mix in a bowl, add the dry yeast and mix at low speed for 45 seconds. Gradually add the warm water and continue mixing at medium speed for 5 minutes. Wet your hands with water and shape the dough into a loaf. Place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and leave to rise for 45 minutes at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place water in a small heat-resistant container and place it in the lower part of the preheated oven. Sprinkle the loaf with sunflower seed oil before baking. Bake for 60 minutes (in top and bottom heat mode). Once ready, remove the loaf from the oven and leave to cool on a rack.
Warnings
Product not suitable in case of allergy to the avenin protein.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place.
Validity with intact packaging: 9 months.
