RUBROVITAL PLUS
Food supplement exerts a barrier effect by increasing the body's defenses against infections by pathogenic bacteria, viruses and fungi, thanks to lactoferrin, an important glycoprotein active in promoting natural immunity; naturally present in all mammalian secretions, it is synthesized by exocrine glands and neutrophils at sites of infection and inflammation.Useful in feverish states caused by bacterial, fungal and viral diseases, in recurrent microbial and viral infections, especially affecting the respiratory system, in states of primary and secondary immunodeficiency and in convalescence.
Zinc
It can synergize with the activity of lactoferrin as it is one of the most important elements for the maintenance of the body's homeostatic "networks" and the key element for immune competence.
Echinacea Angustifolia and Echinacea Purpurea
Immunostimulant effect and also and above all helps to fight infections of the upper respiratory tract.
Vitamin C
It helps protect host cells from damage caused by toxic oxygen species generated during the inflammatory process and may help reduce the duration and severity of microbial and viral infections of the upper airways. Vitamin C helps stimulate leukocyte function, particularly neutrophils and monocytes. Vitamin C plays an important role in lymphocyte proliferation and chemotaxis, and also helps increase NK cell activity.
B vitamins, namely B1, B2, B3, B6, B12 and folic acid
Vitamin B1, essential for glucose metabolism, has been added to prevent its deficiency during feverish or diarrhoeal states. Vitamins 6, B12 and folic acid help modulate the immune response of lymphocytes called "T helper" (Th1) and "Natural Killer" (NK) and can act as immunomodulators, especially towards NK, CD8 and T lymphocytes.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules per day.
Warnings
It is recommended not to exceed the indicated doses. Keep out of reach of children under three years. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied diet.
Conservation
Store at room temperature (15-30°); avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and contact with water. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in intact packaging.
