Description
Buffered hypertonic saline solution (3.5%) particularly indicated for the treatment of the respiratory tract thanks to its activity of restoring the mucociliary clearance of the nasal mucosa. It also has an anti-edema action on the tissues and facilitates the mechanical removal of secretions.

Sodium chloride 2.5%; sodium bicarbonate 1%; monosodium phosphate 0.05%; distilled water q.b.
