Vitamin A
Also known as retinol, it is among the fat-soluble vitamins that are easily stored in the body and is present, as such, only in foods of animal origin; together with phospholipids, it plays a role in maintaining the morphological and functional integrity of cell membranes and its presence is positive for a healthy and functional immune system.
Vitamin E
Antioxidant that intervenes in the protection of tissue lipids from oxidation and attack by free radicals, it can promote the physiological functioning of the central nervous system.
Vitamin D3
It plays a significant role in calcium metabolism, promoting the normal formation of bone tissue: supplementation of this element can be useful in situations at risk of osteoporosis.
Selenium
Mineral essential for health; it is an element with antioxidant activity, particularly active against free radicals, with the ability to delay the oxidation of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Selenium and Vitamin E interact with thyroid secretions, promoting the moderation of hormonal flow.
Betaine
Lipotropic factor that can act as a methyl donor; being an effective substance in controlling gastric pH, it can be useful in limiting calcium losses and failure to utilize calcium, which are often also related to excessive gastric acidity.
Boron
It is an important trace element for the absorption and utilization of calcium. To maintain an optimal state against osteoporosis, sodium borate is indicated.

How to use
