Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia semen) dry extract titrated at 25% in 5-htp, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L. radix) dry extract titrated at 0.8% in valerenic acid, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L. herba c. floribus) dry extract titrated at 3.5% in vitexin, Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride), Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid). Technological adjuvants: Microcrystalline cellulose, Sorbitol, Silica dioxide, Vegetable magnesium stearate.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1-2 tablets per day with a glass of water, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. For optimal and long-lasting action, it is recommended to take it for at least 3 months.
Warnings
It is not habit-forming: it can be taken for long periods without side effects; in some subjects, griffonia may cause nausea, heartburn, constipation and slight drowsiness: these effects arise during the first period of intake and disappear spontaneously when the body gets used to the daily dose.
For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied diet.
