Description
Food supplement based on psyllium husk (Plantago ovata) useful for promoting regularity of intestinal transit as it promotes normal stool volume and consistency. Promotes the balance of intestinal bacterial flora thanks to the prebiotic effect. Furthermore, it modulates the absorption of nutrients and promotes the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.
Orange flavor.
Ingredients
Psyllium (Plantago ovata Forssk.) husk 99% pure powder, maltodextrin, orange fruit juice powder (maltodextrin), natural orange flavouring; acidifier: citric acid (E 330); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide (E 551); sweetener: sucralose (E 955); colouring: beta-carotene [E 160 a (i)].
Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 sachets during the day. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 250 ml of water (still): first add the powder and then the water.
Shake vigorously for a few seconds and drink immediately. Take the product away from meals to promote intestinal regularity; before meals to modulate nutrient absorption.
Take the product at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after taking any medications.
Warnings
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Also suitable during pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years.
