Ingredients
Wintergreen (Gaultheria procumbens L.) leaves and flowers ES 4:1, perilla [Perilla frutescens (L.) Britton] leaves and seeds, PEA (palmitoyl-ethanolamide), quercetin dihydrate 98%; capsule constituent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

How to use
One capsule in the morning and one in the evening, preferably away from meals.
