Contains ABC COMPLEX (Amino Boost Collagen Complex, based on L-glycine, L-proline and L-hydroxyproline), MSM, bamboo silica for the well-being of nails and hair and vitamin C which contributes to the natural formation of collagen.
Ingredients
Water, apple juice concentrate, ABC COMPLEX (Amino Boost Collagen Complex based on L-glycine, L-proline and L-hydroxyproline), methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), bamboo (Bambusa vulgaris Schrad. ex JC Wendl., stem) titrated in silica 70%, vitamin E (vitamin E acetate), flavouring, citric acid, potassium sorbate, hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate).
Gluten free.

How to use
Take 1 stick pack per day, preferably at breakfast, to be drunk as is or diluted in a glass of water.
