Griffonia semplicifolia dry extract (titrated 93% in 5-hydroxytryptophan) 80 mg; crataegus oxyacantha dry extract 100 mg; escholtzia californica dry extract 100 mg; passiflora incarnata dry extract 150 mg; papaver rhoeas dry extract 50 mg; vitamin B6 6 mg.
How to use
1-3 tablets distributed throughout the day, depending on the need. If necessary, alternatively, 1-2 tablets can be taken half an hour before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. The product should be kept out of reach of children under three years of age.
