Description
Food supplement of 99% pure psyllium fiber, with sweetener.
The psyllium (plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fibra is useful for:
- promote regular intestinal transit thanks to the formation of soft and flowing stools
- promote the balance of intestinal bacterial flora
- help slow the absorption of nutrients and promote the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.
Taste: blood orange.
Ingredients
Psyllium fiber ( Plantago ovata forsk., tegumentum seminis) 99% pure; acidifier: citric acid; elderberry extract; emulsifier: lecithin; flavoring, maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose.
Gluten free.
It does not contain any sources of lactose .

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 scoops of Psyllogel Fibra per day, at any time of the day or as advised by your doctor.
Pour the contents of one sachet into a drinking glass (200 ml), fill with still water, mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately.
Warnings
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking any medications.
Also suitable during pregnancy.
Keep out of reach of children under three years.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place.
