Topical gel treatment for the treatment and prevention of hyperkeratosis, skin plaques and related symptoms (itching, erythema, eczema) in patients with psoriasis localized to the skin and scalp. Highly concentrated urea (40%), appropriately stabilized and conveyed, acts as a skin exfoliant and has an important hydrating and emollient effect.
