How to use
As a dietary supplement for adults, it is recommended to mix 1 measuring spoon in a glass of fruit juice, rice or soy drinks, water and shake well. The type of liquid chosen as a drink may result in added calories, proteins and nutrients. Optionally, it can be added to sauces, soups, cereals. The powder can be added to normal flour in the preparation of baked goods (bread, plum cake, snacks, etc.).

Contraindications
