Description
Promolax is a supplement based on Guar gum, fennel extract and psyllium, useful for the regularity of intestinal transit.
Component Properties:
- Guar Gum: acts on the volume of the stool making evacuation easier. It also absorbs any excess water, useful in case of diarrhea,
or releases it when intestinal material is dehydrated.
- L-Tryptophan: amino acid that takes part in protein synthesis processes and is a precursor of important organic molecules, including serotonin, melatonin and vitamin B3.
- Fennel: useful for digestive function, regulating gastrointestinal motility and gas elimination. It also contributes to the drainage of body fluids.
Ingredients
Psyllium powder, partially hydrolyzed guar gum, L-tryptophan, acidifier: citric acid; fennel fruit dry extract; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweeteners: aspartame, acesulfame K; flavouring: blueberry fruit dry extract.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 3 sachets per day. Take at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after medications. Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass, dissolve with at least 200 ml of water or any non-carbonated beverage.
Mix well until the product is completely dissolved and consume immediately after preparation. It is recommended to drink an additional glass of water after taking it.
Promolax can also be taken with yogurt, milk, juice, fruit juice, semolina: add the contents of a sachet to the food and mix well. Then drink a glass of water. The increase in consistency of the preparation (gelling) is a characteristic of the product;
if necessary, adjust the dilution of the preparation by further increasing the amount of liquid for solubilization. In order to obtain physiological intestinal regularity, it is recommended to drink abundant quantities of liquids (water or other beverages) throughout the day.

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
