Bottle: Water; Honey; Fructose; Royal jelly; Flavoring; Acidity regulator: Citric acid; Preservatives: E202, E211.
Tank cap: Maltodextrin; Live lactic ferments: Bifidobacterium lactis, Bl-04; Lactobacillus rhamnosus, HN001; Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14; Corn starch; Anti-caking agents: Silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate; (6S)-5-Methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt (Folic acid); Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol); Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).
Gluten- free and lactose- free.

How to use
Children: 1 bottle.
Adults: 1-2 per day.
1) Screw the cap all the way in.
2) Shake the bottle well (about 10 seconds).
3) Unscrew the cap and drink the contents.
