Ingredients
Dark chocolate substitute [non-hydrogenated vegetable fats fractionated in variable proportions (from palm kernel and coconut), sugar, low-fat cocoa powder, lactose , emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavourings], protein blend ( whey protein, soy protein isolate), hydrolysed collagen, puffed rice 0.75%, flavouring.

How to use
Take 1 or more bars per day as needed. It is recommended to take it half an hour before, and every 45-60 minutes during physical activity.
