How to use
To make excellent breaded products, it is recommended to first wet the desired food with water, milk or beaten egg and then pass it in the breading. You can also do a double breading by repeating the steps mentioned above. At this point you can proceed to cooking in the oven, or frying in hot oil, checking the right degree of cooking before consuming the product.
The classic Massimo Zero breading is also ideal for preparing excellent meat or vegetable-based fillings or stuffings: we suggest using 5 g of breading for every 100 g of meat or 10 g of breading for every 100 g of vegetables.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
After opening, the product must always be kept closed because it fears humidity.
Validity with intact packaging: 12 months.
